GENERAL PAUL X. KELLEY
U.S. Marine Corps (Retired); Vice Chairman Emeritus

General Paul X. Kelley, U.S. Marine Corps (Retired), Vice Chairman Emeritus, joined Cassidy & Associates in January 1989. He served as Commandant of the Marine Corps and was a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1983 to1987, and was Chairman of the American Battle Monuments Commission from 1989 to 1994. During the course of his 37-year military career he commanded Marine Corps organizations at every echelon from platoon through division, including command of an infantry battalion and infantry regiment in combat, and served tours with the Army, Navy, Air Force, and British Royal Marines.

General Kelley serves as a Director for a number of corporations, including Allied Signal, Inc.; GenCorp, Inc.; Saul Centers, Inc.; Sturm Ruger & Co., Inc.; and the Wackenhut Corporation. He is also a Governor of the National Football League Alumni; and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, The Council on Foreign Relations, The Alfalfa Club and the University of California School of Business Visiting Committee.

General Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Villanova University, is a Distinguished Graduate of the Air War College, and is the recipient of honorary doctoral degrees from Villanova University, Jacksonville University, Norwich University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Webster University, and the United States Sports Academy.
