
The best way to improve sales is to sell where they know you.
Be sure to spend time developing relationships at federal agencies and departments. And, if you don’t have the time to develop relationships at an agency…hire someone who does. It takes time to establish relationships.
Also, take time to know the mission, understand the agency culture, and be aware of budgeting issues. This adds value each time you make a sales call and you will make more sales as a result.
