Cassandra Butts to Move From White House to Millennium Challenge Corporation
Last week, the White House announced that long-time Obama friend and chief-deputy in the White House Counsel’s Office Cassandra Butts would be leaving to serve as a senior advisor to the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
If this recent GAO report on MCC is any indication, she’ll have plenty of work to do there.
