Promoting Energy Development Overseas

Cassidy & Associates for many years assisted a leading international development firm to promote energy development in a Central Asian country.

This engagement involved assistance in Washington, D.C. to facilitate greater understanding in the United States of the benefits of developing stronger ties between the two countries.

Connecting With US Policymakers

In meetings with U.S. policymakers at senior levels of the Executive Branch, the White House and Congress, the Cassidy & Associates team shared information regarding the promise and the challenges confronting the country.

We also helped advance the U.S. security, human rights, drug interdiction and energy development agenda in our communications that our client in turn conveyed to country leadership.

It was during our engagement that the country’s leaders realized their long-held objective of being officially received in Washington by the Vice President and senior Administration officials.

Taken together, these initiatives helped advance our client’s commercial interests in Central Asia while strengthening communications with key U.S. policymakers.
