Access To Education For The Military

Cassidy & Associates was retained by a small college in the state of Florida to assist in developing a relationship with and securing funding from the Department of Defense for the implementation of a distance learning program.

We also worked with the college to support their pursuit of transportation funding to alleviate traffic safety concerns at the entrance to the campus as well as addressing other transportation needs.

A Naval-Congressional Alliance

Cassidy & Associates was successful in fostering a strong relationship with U.S. Navy education officials.

Through this relationship, along with unstinting support from the college’s congressional delegation, the institution has now established over 20 distance learning facilities that serve active military and veterans throughout the Southeast and West Coast.

The college was also successful in securing significant funding through the appropriations process to address traffic safety concerns at the campus entrance that had long been acknowledged by state and local transportation officials.
