The Obama Administration has targeted unprecedented funding and new programs across multiple government agencies.

Indeed, at the first ever White House Summit on Community Colleges, President Obama referred to these institutions as the “unsung heroes” of America’s education system.

Even in a divided government, it is likely that the Administration and Congress will move to find a middle ground on education initiatives that are linked to student success and fulfill the needs of industries seeking qualified workers.
