WASHINGTON, DC — As Cassidy & Associates continues to build its capabilities, the firm today announced the formation of a strategic alliance with leading Democratic strategist Rebecca Lambe. She will serve as a senior advisor to Cassidy & Associates, bolstering its record of achievement inside and outside the beltway.

Lambe has served as a trusted strategist and advisor to Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) since 2003. As executive director of the Nevada Democratic Party, Lambe significantly contributed to the turnaround of the Party with her effective approaches to structural improvement, fundraising and campaign mobilization. She has led some of the toughest and most competitive races in the country, and played an essential role in guiding Senator Reid to his 2010 victory in Nevada.

Before working with Senator Reid, Rebecca previously served as deputy chief of staff to Governor Mel Carnahan and worked on his U.S. Senate campaign. Following the tragic death of Governor Carnahan just prior to his election victory, Lambe served as state director for his wife Jean Carnahan who was appointed to the seat. Lambe is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, where she earned a B.A. in journalism and political science, and a law degree.
