Vice President

Christine O’Connor advocates on behalf of a diverse group of non-profit institutions addressing critical issues in education and health care. She also works with municipalities rebuilding transportation and infrastructure services, and corporations anticipating and adapting to regulatory reforms.

Just as Main Street drives the American economy, Christine considers smaller universities and colleges that educate the vast majority of American students essential for developing a highly educated and competitive workforce. These institutions should be able to compete for public-private partnerships with the federal government whose market was traditionally cornered by larger research universities for many years.

She believes we should help facilitate access to the best research, technology, and education partnership opportunities for our nation’s health and hospital centers. Federal funding can help them to succeed in their mission to improve health care for all Americans.

With more than seventeen years of Capitol Hill and government relations experience, Christine is able to guide her clients through the legislative maze, build working relationships with government officials, and join their goals with federal priorities. She regards a client’s success in Washington, D.C. is determined by the ability to state their case in a professional, honest and transparent manner. Christine concludes that a strong commitment to wise counsel and sound reputation are everything when advocating on behalf of a client before the federal government.

"My dream is of a place and a time where America will once again be seen as the last best hope on earth." -Abraham Lincoln
