Justin Chapman supports our Federal Marketing team with research, analysis, and client communications. He specializes in business development, creating marketing strategies, growing business partnerships, uncovering business opportunities in the federal market, and locating key decision-makers. His clients include foreign trade promotion agencies, cyber-defense companies, medical researchers, and logistics consultants, among others. Justin’s background in defense acquisition, grant writing, and East Asian politics further adds value to Cassidy and its clients. He also occasionally supports Cassidy staff with Chinese translation needs.

Prior to joining Cassidy & Associates, Justin studied Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan as a Taiwan Government Research Fellow. While there, he also worked as an English consultant, thesis advisor, and teacher. Before that, he was a Research Intern at The Hudson Institute, a K Street think tank, as part of an American University foreign policy program.

Justin grew up in the Cincinnati, Ohio area, and received his bachelors degrees from The College of Wooster, where he also played football and ran track.
