Michelle Greene

Senior Vice President

Michelle is a Senior Vice President and specializes in working on behalf of clients to further their defense policy and appropriation needs, helping them secure federal funding and promote their issue-specific needs in Washington.  Additionally, she uses her experience with the appropriations process to assist clients navigating across the various appropriations subcommittees.

A recognized military healthcare professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Army, clients benefit from both her operational experience in the Army and the Military Health System as well as her legislative expertise gained while serving as the Chief of Congressional Affairs in the U.S. Army’s Office of the Surgeon General and an Army Budget Congressional Liaison. Michelle retired from the U.S. Army in 2012 as a Lieutenant Colonel.

As the principal advisor to the Army Surgeon General on all congressional and legislative matters, she formulated the Surgeon General’s position on legislative issues and developed the congressional engagement strategy for all senior leaders of the Army Medical Department. As an Army Budget Congressional Liaison to the U.S. House and Senate Appropriations Committees she served as a conduit and advisor for the Army leadership and the Members and staff of the Congressional Appropriations Committees on topics including Army Healthcare, Military Medical Research and Development, Medical Procurement, Chemical Demilitarization, Military Construction and Chemical and Biological Defense programs.

Michelle is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, earned a
Master’s degree in Health Evaluation Sciences from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts.
